The AOA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, who are elected for a four-year term. Mr. Javed Sadiq Malik, the Wafaqi Mohtasib of Pakistan, is the President of the AOA and chairs the Board, while Madam Merceditas N. Gutierrez the Ombudsman of the Philippines, is the Vice-President, Ms. Alice Yuen-Ying Tai, the Ombudsman of Hong Kong the Secretary and Mr. Song Chul-ho, the Ombudsman of Korea the Treasurer. The day to day operations are managed by the AOA Secretariat, which is headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Secretariat is headed by Mr. Ihtesham Khan as the Executive Secretary and includes Mr. Abdur Rauf (Office Manager) and Mr. Ali Shah (Manager Coordination) |
